| Guideline for a visiting researcher;
Practical details after arrival (under construction).
1.The flight is arriving at the International terminal of Landvetter or Säve, which is about 25 km east of Gothenburg center. The Chalmers-Johanneberg campus is located very central in Gothenburg, see http://www.chalmers.se/en/sections/about_chalmers for further infomation about Chalmers histrory, organisation, facts, maps for arriving, etc.
2.The accomodation will be in a near Guest house for researchers or in a cosy hotel, both located nearby in 10 minutes walking distance.
3.Office space will be located close to some research environment related to the research project. The project manager will arrange that matter, according to the visitors preferences.
4.It is expected that the user will bring his own laptop for computer working. There is an in-house wireless network for INTERNET and INTRANETaccess.
5.At Chalmers main campus there are general student facilities; like restaurangs, book store, cafe, gym for physical training. For further information, see Chalmers website.
6.Before getting access to our processlab, all users must participate in the Nanofabrication Laboratory Introduction and Safety-course. The user must sign the declaration and acceptance of the principles for using the facility. All information is also available on the Nanofabrication Laboratory INTRANET, and in printed version.
7.Each user of the infrastructure must have an individual access card for entering the Nanofabrication Laboratories. The MC2ACCESS project manager will arrange with this to be ready by the arrival.
8.Each user of the lab will get a log-in name and password to the INTRANET system of the Nanofabrication Laboratory. Each hour spent at the Nanofabrication Laboratory will be registered by a booking system.
