Hotel reservation should be made on-line in the Conference
registration system. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed by e-mail when
the registration form, together with full payment has been received by Congrex
Sweden AB. Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired
accommodation is fully booked in a similar price category.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed
on the registration form, should you check out before confirmed departure
date or in case of no-show. Any extras or/and extended stay must be settled
directly with the hotel upon departure.

Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) and
sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will
be accepted until August 10. We regret that the hotel prepayment cannot
be refunded for any cancellation received after August 10, 2006.
