The Conference fee includes participation, coffee, lunches, welcome receptions and banquet.

Currency
The official currency is Swedish Krona (SEK).
USD 1 = SEK 7.86 (Dec 2005)
EUR 1 = SEK 9.48 (Dec 2005)

On site registration in Göteborg
The registration desk and Congress secretariat are located at the Chalmers Conference Centre, Chalmersplatsen.

Cancellation policy
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) and sent to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until July 1, 2006, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 500. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after July 1, 2006.
