Cancellation policy If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 8, 2005, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 500. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after August 8, 2005. |
